Application Requirements

(a) Two (02) copies of the Application Receipt Form (Form 1)

(b) One (01) copy of the Application Form (Form 2 – with photo attached)

(c) Two (02) notarized copies of the Bachelor’s Degree (certified within the last 12 months)

• 👉 Applicants who have recently graduated but have not yet received their official diploma must submit a notarized copy of the Temporary Graduation Certificate or the Graduation Decision in place of the Bachelor’s Degree when applying. They are required to submit a written commitment (Form 3) to provide the official diploma before July 30, 2026.
• 👉 Final-year students must submit a written commitment (Form 3) to provide their official academic transcript and graduation certificate before September 30, 2026, and the Bachelor’s Degree before October 30, 2026.

(d) Two (02) notarized copies of an English Language Degree (certified within the last 12 months), or two (02) copies of an English Language Certificate (notarization not required)

• ⚠️ Applicants who do not yet possess an English language qualification must submit a written commitment (Form 3) to supplement it later.

(e) One (01) notarized copy of the Bachelor’s Academic Transcript (in English)

• 👉 For graduates: the transcript must include GPA from Semester 1 to Semester 6 and the final-year GPA (Semesters 7 and 8), or the cumulative GPA for the entire program.
• 👉  For final-year students: the transcript must include GPA from Semester 1 to Semester 6 and Semester 7.

(f) A Nomination Letter from the applicant’s current employer (Form 4)
(Not required for independent applicants, recent graduates, or final-year students)

(g) A Commitment Letter to Return to Vietnam after completing the program (Form 5, certified by the employer or family depending on the applicant category)

(h) Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Form 6, certified by local authorities)

(i) A Medical Certificate (issued by a hospital or general clinic, valid within the last 12 months)
