Application Dossier for the 2025–2026 Intake
The application dossier includes:
a) Two (02) Application Receipt Forms (Form 1).
b) One (01) Application Form (Form 2) with a photo attached.
c) One (01) certified copy of the Bachelor’s degree (certification valid within the last 12 months).
Applicants who have recently graduated but have not yet received the official Bachelor’s degree must submit a certified copy of the temporary graduation certificate or the graduation recognition decision in place of the Bachelor’s degree when submitting the application. In addition, the official Bachelor’s degree copy must be submitted by October 30, 2025.
Final-year students are required to submit a graduation certificate by October 1, 2025 (together with a declaration form – Form 3) and the certified copy of the Bachelor’s degree by October 30, 2025.
d) One (01) certified copy of an English language qualification (certification valid within the last 12 months), or one (01) copy of an English language proficiency certificate (certification not required).
Applicants who do not yet possess an English language qualification or certificate must submit a Declaration of Commitment to Supplement the Language Certificate (Form 3) together with the application dossier.
e) One (01) certified copy of the undergraduate academic transcript (in English).
For applicants who have already graduated: the transcript must include the cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) for the entire undergraduate program (from Semester 1 to Semester 6) and the GPA for the final academic year (Semesters 7 and 8). In cases where the undergraduate institution does not issue a final-year GPA, the graduation transcript (degree appendix) must include the overall cumulative GPA.
For final-year students: the transcript must include the GPA for the first three academic years (Semesters 1–6) and the GPA for Semester 7. In addition, the official graduation transcript (degree appendix) must be submitted by October 30, 2025.
f) An Official Nomination Letter from the applicant’s employer recommending participation in the program (Form 4).
(Not required for newly graduated applicants and final-year students.)
g) A Written Commitment to Return to Vietnam upon Completion of the Program (Form 5), certified by the applicant’s employer or family.
h) A Curriculum Vitae (Form 6), certified by the local authority at the place of residence.
i) A Medical Examination Certificate issued by a hospital or general clinic, valid within the last 12 months.
